Mystic, filmmaker, realtor, advisor, author, artist, actor, ordained interfaith minister, certified yogi siromani and devoted family man are a few names that have filled the life timeline of Jonathan Yudis.

 

Jonathan is a co-founder and co-leader of Camp Mystic, an evolutionary theme camp and community which has gathered and celebrated life together at Burning Man for over 20 years and now at its own festivals and events around the world. Jonathan is a partner and leader in Mystic’s larger mission and projects including its 501(c) nonprofit arm, the Mystic Arts Foundation, the Mystic Hotel brand, and MysticLand, an immersive interactive Visionary Art theme park.

His film and television work as a director, producer, & writer has garnered multiple Telly, Davey, and Communicator Awards and the Academy Of Motion Picture Of Arts and Sciences student Academy Award Gold Prize for the film ‘Eclipse’.

His feature film credits as a director, producer, or writer include: Walt Disney’s Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World (director of all live action motion capture rotoscoping), Columbus Day (starring Val Kilmer), Hands, (a groundbreaking documentary celebrating the Burning Man festival), and the comedy cult classic: Pervert!, which Maxim magazine said: ‘Is this the best movie ever?’ His television credits include shows and episodes for Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Court TV, and Spike TV. Jonathan is currently the president and creative director of Infinite Entertainment, a visionary media and live event Production Company.

Jonathan has three best-selling books as a contributing author which include two titles from Alska publishing’s Adventures In Manifesting series: Love & Oneness (co-authored with Marianne Williamson) and Success & Spirituality (co-authored with Joe Vitale), and The Thought That Changed My Life Forever.

In his early twenties, Jonathan experienced a series of spiritual awakenings, initiating an ongoing process of ‘present moment awareness’ that continues to profoundly inspire his life, artistic vision, and all of his personal & professional endeavors.

 

For over 25 years, he has been a devoted practitioner of yoga and the mystical and metaphysical Arts, having studied and practiced with the Self Realization Fellowship (Kriya Yoga as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda), Yogi Bhajan (kundalini yoga), and become certified as a yogi siromani from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center. Additionally, he’s studied with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev (Isha Yoga), Mata Aritanandamayi (Amma), Papaji, and Sathya Sai Baba. He’s led yoga and inspirational classes and workshops to thousands of students throughout the United States.

Jonathan is an honors graduate of New York University (BFA), American Film Institute (MFA), the Monroe Institute, the Light School, and Shift Network's Agents of Conscious Evolution.

 

Jonathan’s mission is to embrace, embody, and express Divine Consciousness through creativity, spirituality, the arts, and being loving & present. He lives with an ‘attitude of gratitude’ on the island of Maui with his wife and children.
